Return & Refund Policy
1. Right of withdrawal (cooling‑off period)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase of physical products without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you (or a person indicated by you who is not the carrier) receive the goods.
To exercise this right, you must clearly inform me of your decision to cancel the contract within the 14‑day period. You can do this by sending an e‑mail stating your order number and that you wish to cancel your purchase.

2. Effects of withdrawal
If you cancel the contract, I will refund all payments received from you for the relevant order, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day I receive your notification of cancellation.
I may withhold the refund until I have received the returned goods, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
3. Return of goods
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified me of the cancellation.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14‑day period has expired.
Unless otherwise stated on this page or during checkout, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Please pack the items carefully so that they are not damaged during return shipping.
4. Condition of returned items
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (similar to how you would handle them in a physical shop).
If an item is returned in a condition that goes beyond this (for example, clearly used, damaged or with missing parts), I may reduce your refund accordingly.
5. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium (for example, digital downloads) if you have expressly agreed that the digital content may be delivered immediately and you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download starts.
Other products or services for which the right of withdrawal is excluded or may expire under applicable consumer law.
Where a digital product is included as a free bonus together with a physical product, the withdrawal rules for the physical product apply as long as the digital content has not yet been fully used or downloaded.
6. Exchange
At the moment, I do not offer a direct exchange service. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and – where applicable – use your right of withdrawal for the original order as described above.
