  • You don’t just get a plan and disappear. You log your training and food, I look at what you actually do, and give you concrete instructions on what to change next – loads, reps, food choices, and priorities for the week.

  • Your “homework” includes simple food tracking and small lifestyle tasks that move the needle. I review what you record and send you specific tips, so your decisions outside the gym finally support your goals instead of slowing them down.

  • Each week we have an online check‑in to go through what worked, what didn’t, and what we’ll adjust. For exercises you’re unsure about you send me videos, I break down your technique and we refine it until it looks and feels right – so you never have to figure it out alone.

ONline Coaching

Personalized workout and nutrition planning, weekly check‑ins, video analysis and WhatsApp support – I’ll guide you doing your thing.

  • We start with a full intake (goals, schedule, equipment), then build a plan around your life. Each week you check in with your progress, I adjust your program, review videos where needed and keep you accountable via WhatsApp.

All in one coaching

Full online coaching plus two sessions per month for the best of both worlds – structure, feedback and live sessions.

  • All in One includes the full Online Coaching service – personalized plan, weekly check‑ins, video analysis and WhatsApp support – and adds live online sessions on top. In these sessions we train together in real time, fix technique on the spot and make decisions for your next blocks based on how you move and feel. If you want maximum guidance and support while still training in your own space.

All coaching options are designed around a minimum of 12 weeks so we can build real progress, not quick fixes. During your free consultation we decide together which mix of check‑ins and live online sessions fits your goals, schedule and budget best.
