  • In our consultation we define your goals and turn them into a clear training and nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and schedule. We look at your training history, current habits, and possible roadblocks, so the plan is realistic instead of perfect only on paper. You know exactly why we do what we do and what to focus on each week, instead of just “winging it”.

  • In each session I’m right there with you – setting up your lifts, choosing the right weights, and making sure every rep hits what it should. I fine‑tune your technique, push you when it makes sense, and adjust on the spot so every session actually moves you forward.

  • You’re not left alone in between sessions. I help you translate the strategy into your week, answer questions, and adjust things when life gets in the way. You always know what matters most right now, instead of trying to fix everything at once.

  • You can reach out between sessions with questions about training, lifestyle and nutrition, and I’m there to keep you on track. We make clear agreements together, and I’ll remind you of them when life, work or old habits try to get in the way.

Single Session

One 60‑minute 1:1 session in a premium gym in Amsterdam – perfect to try things out or stay flexible.

  • Single sessions are ideal if you want to try working together before committing to a 12‑week setup, or if you need an occasional technique check and program tune‑up. We still treat it like a full coaching session: we look at your current training, adjust exercises where needed and make sure you leave with clear next steps for your workouts.

2x/week - 24 Sessions

Two 1:1 slots per week reserved, so we can build strength, conditioning and confidence without losing momentum.

from 100€ / Session

  • This setup is for people who want consistent progress without having to live in the gym. We meet twice per week for structured 1:1 sessions, adjust your program along the way and keep you accountable with check‑ins and clear weekly goals. Most clients start here if they train a bit on their own and want strong results without a six‑day schedule.

3xweek - 36 Sessions

Three 1:1 sessions per week to push performance, body composition and technique as fast and safely as possible.

from 95€ / Session

  • This is the most intensive option if you want to go all‑in for a phase – whether it’s a body recomposition, performance goal or a complete reset of your training habits. With three sessions per week we can control volume, recovery and progression together, so you don’t have to guess your way through workouts on your own.
